Citrine Sterling Silver Ring.  It is a  Heavy  Ring that would be suited as a Men's Pinky ring. However perfect for a woman as well.    The size is a 6.5.    and it weighs 9.5 grams.    The band is thick and it is marked 925 inside although it is worn. It looks as if it has been resized in the past.   ( probably from a men's ring made smaller to fit a woman).   

The stone is a good size authentic citrine and it gives off a lot of sparkle bling.   

There are no chips on the stone.  The ring has a old patina.  The only issue is the line in back of the shank where the ring had been resized at some point.
