Beautifully decorated engine-turned style engraving to the case of this unusual round vinaigrette. Reeded sides. The grill inside is prettily decorated with cutwork of roses and foliage. A true lady's vinaigrette, delicate and feminine. Gilded inside, and when you lift the hinged grill, there is still the remains of the old sponge. Undoubtedly silver, but no hallmarks. Measures 25 mm diameter by 7 mm thick (1 inch by 1/4 inch). Excellent condition.
