Another great piece of African Tribal Art! Here is a "Chiwara" crest mask on custom wood base, from the Bamana people tribe and Mali Region. "Chiwara" antelope crest masks are the most collected of African sculpture in the West. This dance would have been danced in agriculture rituals. Measures 14.5H and 16.5H on custom base.
