Very heavy one piece cast iron; the handle featuring a fluted ball pommel, smooth grip, and dragon head from which the triangular-section segmented blade extends. Overall length 30 1/4". It is not clear whether these were used for training or actual combat. Their extreme weight would help develop muscle as a training aid. They would probably also be effective in breaking an opponents blade, but the cast iron construction would make them brittle. Since many of these are found in pairs, my opinion is that they were used for training.
