Chicken Dish Ideas by Swanson and Alcoa Wrap 20th Century has 6 pages. Front cover also reads Use Tested By McCalls. Back cover has hand written letters on edge but I can't make them out. Turkey by Poultry and Egg National Board is a pamphlet that unfolds to 10 pages that shows how to prepare, stuff, and cook a turkey. Front cover has hand written numbers at top 425 and the back cover has stamp at bottom that is smudged that reads St. Charles Turkey Farm along with the address. Egg Cookery by Poultry and Egg National Board 20th Century is a booklet with 14 pages. Contains many recipes using eggs along with egg facts. Booklet has one edge slightly torn at the top on most of the pages. All pages are approximate, pages are not numbered. Softbound booklets and pamphlet. These cookbooklets appear to have not been used. We consider them to be in excellent condition. They measure approximately 8 3/8 x 5 3/8 inches wide and smaller.
