This is a 1st printing of this red cover with the black script title from 1943 of book #1 in the a series of 27 books. This book was written by Helen Wells. It has the solid red covers and the dust jacket with the blank grey end pages. It has the Wartime Printing statement on the title page. It has 12 chapters and all 211 pages are intact with no marking or tears. The book itself is in mint condition with no marking or wear. The dust jacket has some minor skuffing on the front edge flap fold and minor chipping on the top and bottom of the spine. The front inside flap describes the story of Cherry as a student nurse and the back inside flap describes the story of the upcoming second book in the series, Senior Nurse. This and all of our books have a mylar protective cover to prevent future scuffing or wear to the dust jacket and book.
