This item is an Old CHEIN Toys Tin Spinning Top. Colorful circus figures decorate the top. "J. Chein & Co.", "Made in U.S.A," is printed on the Chein logo. The top knob is missing and there is a dent on the top. Some of the paint has worn off over the years. We don't know how it is supposed to work - it probably doesn't work. This is a very NEAT display piece. The top and bottom portions turn independently. Insurance is included in shipping and handling. Contact seller for international shipping rates.
