GDA/Charles Field Haviland plate pair, ca. 1937+. Could be either CHF1572 or CHF1616, as both have similar florals on shape #1273. Ribbed inner border, in the "verge" area. Multicolor flowers on white, no trim. Marked with both the Haviland mark and the "GDA/France" mark underglaze, for Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot of the Limoges region. Each plate measures 6.5"d. No chips or cracks, very little wear. Sold as a pair. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
