This is a very pretty candle holder with a lovely winter snow scene all around the side. I do believe it is also a burner and is missing the "cup" that sat in the depression on top and held liquid scent that was heated by the candle. I did not realize this until I began to photograph it and was holding it, I must have been "brain dead" before! Anyway, I also thought it was a Christmas scene until I got to looking at it! It must have been a long day when this was purchased! In any case, it is attractive and very functional. It just needs a heat resistant white pot to sit on top and you are in business! It has no chips or cracks that I can find. It does still have spilled wax on the side, I have cleaned off an awful lot of it. It measures approx. 3 3/4" tall by 3 1/2" wide.
