This is a ceramic safety match holder from England, advertising the Bulls Eye Safety Match. This is a rare and hard to find item. The colors are great. The condition is Very good, with only a small chip on the under side of the bottom (see photo #3 right bottom corner), but does not hinder the effect of showing the piece.
