This is antique American set of four celluloid nail tools or manicure tools that consists of a nail file that comes apart, cuticle tool and nail buffer with it's original chamois and it's cover. All of the items are made in the USA 1900-1920s of celluloid but were not a set. They are all in very good ++ condition with a bit of rust on the file and a loose fit on the buffer. Celluloid was an early plastic developed by the victorians and often called Poor Man's Ivory and is very collectible.
