Fluted salad plate made by Catalina Pottery on Catalina Island, California. This pattern was later called "Rancho" by Gladding McBean once they bought the molds. This one is clearly incised with the word "Catalina", dating it between 1932 and 1937. Measures 8"d. Color is Mandarin or Manchu Yellow. Mold #C231. Nice condition with no chips or cracks.
