Cased glass petticoat shade for oil/kerosene lamp.  May be by Fostoria, but not positive.  White/clear heavy blown glass with an 8 1/2"d x 2 7/8" central fitter.  Deep pleated ruffles.  Nice condition, with only some small nicks to the ground fitter.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques....Established 1989.
