Ornately Wood Plaque Twin Towns of Garmisch & Partenkirchen. This was the site of the 1939 Winter Olympics. However I don't think it is commemorative item of that event. I think is older than that. It measures 9" across and 1" thick. It looks as if were carved however I think some of the features are been enhanced with plaster. It does not appear to be Syrocco Wood.
