At center left is the Problem and grouped around it are the three prize winning cartoons The problem in this contest was a Miner is standing on a platform that is being lowered in to the mine. The rope breaks and he is falling. The solution is, he turns the platform upside down and uses it as a parachute. Problem picture is signed by Sid. Solution picture is signed by Fran Collin In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the cartoon. this magazine tear sheet measures 8 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall.
