At center left is the Problem and grouped around it are the three prize winning cartoons The problem in this contest was a man is in his bed and there are Cobras all around him. In his bed, shoes etc. The solution is he shrinks so small with fright that the Cobras feel he is not worth bothering with. No signature on the problem picture. Solution picture is initialed by CF. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the cartoon. this magazine tear sheet measures 8 1/4 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall.
