A striking French brass cased carriage clock. An enamel dial with blued steel hands and 5 minute outer markers. Engraved to the base 'Redeeming The Time'. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. A lever escapement. Circa 1885.
