Capodimonte Porcelain Figurine by Cortese Germano "David of Michelangelo"

I am a broker selling on the behalf of many clients in northern NJ. The item we have for sale here is a gorgeous original porcelain figurine by the famous Italian sculptor Cortese Germano called "David of Michelangelo"  This statue is very big, standing at 28 inches tall and 18 inches wide. It is very exquisite, very detailed and in mint condition. The David Di Michelangelo Model statue is in all white, standing in front of stones, and the maker at the bottom is wearing earth tones. The base is brown wood, with a gold color plaque on the front. It has the signature, stamp, and piece number 544/1500. This means only 1500 of them were made by Germano and this particular item is number 544. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity both written in English and Italian. The seller paid $2200.00 for it back in back in 1/2001. We have a copy of the receipt to show proof of payment if need be. This is for local pickup only due to the weight of the statue and how fragile it is. The statue weighs around 65 pounds and will most likely be damaged during transit if shipped.
