Canterbury Pattern Divided-Covered Dish By Duncan & Miller Glass Co.- This Canterbury pattern divided covered dish is 2" high and 8" in diameter. The Duncan & Miller Glass Co. operated from 1893 -1955. This dish does not contain markings. The inside of the dish is divided into three compartments as indicated by the unique shape of the dish. The fitted cover which is molded in the same shape as the dish fits perfectly on the dish between the three decorative glass handles. Condition: The base of the dish is perfect; the cover continues a tiny nick on the inside rim that fits into the dish and can only be detected by running your fingers around this rim. Otherwise, this nick is not detectable. A beautiful example of the "Canterbury Pattern" made by the Duncan & Miller Glass Co.; Markings: This dish does not contain markings.
