This is a Popeil mechanical cake turner in Excellent condition. This is one of those fascinating kitchen utensils that shows a lot of inventiveness. This works like a normal spatula or turner but the flipping action is achieved by squeezing the wire handle. This causes the business end of the turner to flip 45 degrees and flip your pancakes. The hinge assembly on this specimen is in like new condition - these are often worn out and sloppy. A great kitchen collectible and a fun conversation piece.
