This is a nice clean vintage special curved end form carving gouge chisel, marked "C.S. OSBORNE & CO. NEWARK N.J. 1/8" on the steel. It measure 1/4" wide overall (1/8" wide in channel) x 2.7" steel part only, 6.5" long overall. It's in good condition with a good solid handle, no cracks, good brass ferrule. It is sharp, ready to use, in very good condition. A top quality tool, by a well know maker (still in business today since in the 1800's)!
