Circa 1760-1775 Chinese Export Soup Tureen with Cover. Made for the French Market. Fabulous Rabbit Head Handles and a Fabulous Finial to say the least. No Restoration. Their is a tiny nick under the base--"That is It"--Best I have ever seen. Actual Tureen without the cover measures 8" in diameter and 4" in height. That does not include the cover and the rabbit handles. Just the Bottom Tureen,Not including the Cover. Appraised 35 Years ago for $1750.00. Additional images are available. This is the best Chinese export soup tureen that I have laid my eyes on.
