These are 5 lovely cream colored plastic shank buttons. The domed center is applied. It is either painted or has a decal. I believe it is on the underside because of the preservation of the design. They are not identical, but they could still be decals. They have an applied "U" shank. The measure approx. 5/8" across and approx. 3/8" high.
