Beautiful engraved and fully issued authentic Stock Certificate from Butler Aviation Internation, Inc issued in 1972. This certificate has an ornate blue or red or brown border and was printed by the Columbian Bank Note Company. Butler Aviation is a FBO known for its servicing of small business and private jets. It was acquired several years ago which makes these certficates very collectible. Name changed to Butler International, Inc. (Del.) 6/20/74 Butler International, Inc. (Del.) merged into North American Ventures, Inc. 2/2/87 which recapitalized as Butler Inter- national Inc. (Md.) 6/29/92 This certificate is almost 22 years old and they are very difficult to find.
