Not sure just how to describe this. It is shaped like the trash containers used on city streets. Perhaps to hold coins, pens, etc.? White lettering on blue background reads Keep Our Streets Beautiful. Drive a BUICK. Stands 3.5 in. tall and the base measures 2 x 2 in. A swing type top. In good, usable displayable condition. Only item I have ever found, other than print ads, with Buick Advertising in over 25 years.
