Buffalo China restaurant ware plate in the "Wesley" pattern.  Mark dates from 1915-40's.  Teal transfer border.  Measures 9.25"d.  No chips or cracks; minor surface scratches.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
