This transfer wear deer plate was made by Buffalo Pottery in Buffalo, New York probably during the 1940s although I am not certain. There is a chip on the back edge of the plate that does no show through to the front. Also, there are two age lines on the back that do not show through to the front. The gold also has some wear around the edge. This is a plate you will be pleased to own.
