This is a really great brooch! At first glance, many people miss the profile of the Mayan Cheiftan or Priest. (We think he looks Mayan, could be any number of different tribes.) It is very nicely done. It can also be worn as a pendent. There is a tiny piece of turquoise missing. You can barely see it unless you study it closely. The two centers of the silver decorative piece that hangs from his headdress do not have turquoise, we are not sure if they are supposed to have any or not. There are some minor surface scratches. It is stamped Alpca/ Hecho En Mexico. Could use a little cleaning. It measures approx. 1 5/8"X1 3/4". The shipping fees quoted are for first class/No insurance in USA only.
