This is a dainty little bracelet on. It does not have a safety chain, but has a "loop" on the opposite side. I think It might have had a charm dangling from it at one time, but am not sure. The lovely aqua rhinesstones, I am sad to say, have begun to darken. But still has some life left in it. This would make a lovely , glitzy party accessory. It would look really good with a wonderful rhinestone necklace listed elsewhere on my site, number S_3157. It has aqua rhinestones like the bracelet. It is approx. 1/4" wide and approx. 6 3/4" around inside of bangle. The fees quoted for shipping are for first class/No insurance in USA.
