Bordens What's Wrong With Fur Coat Ad 1946 This is a June 17, 1946 advertisement It is a nice color ad from the Borden Company. Picture of Elsie the Cow and Elmer the Bull. Picture is signed but I am unable to read the signature. The caption reads, But dear, what's wrong with the fur coat I have. It seems Elmer is a little put out because he wants to buy great things for Elsie because he is going into the food business and she explains they are already in the food business. Ad contains short story. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10"" wide by 13 1/2"" tall.
