Steel Engraving. It is tittle " Moon Rising" and it is signed but I cannot make out the signature. My mother-in-law must have purchased this at the 56 Annual Convention in Chicago Ill in 1948. Her father was an engraver. She wrote on the back : "From the convention book contributed by the Locals of Washington D.C Plate Printers, Die Stampers and Engravers Union of the North America. Although it does not say anything about the artist signature.
