Another Fabulous Victorian, Titanic Era hat. Black Velvet, withostrich feather, and small bunch faux grapes. The velvet is piled high, and there is only a small brim, goes perfectly with those tranition era clothing between the victorian and early 1920's. In very good condition, looks like some one replaced the ling, I don't know when but the fabric is silk satin. No holes, no stains. the hat measures 7 inches high, and 11 inches from front to back brim. the circumference a round the inside is 18 inches, there is no label.
