This is a beautiful hand blocked black top hat. The hat is lined with white satin. The crown is available in 4.5 - 5.25 inches high. The veiling is vintage French silk from the 1930's. It was purchased from a hat shop in Paris that was going out of business. This hat is very elegant! Please allow 30 days for completion!
