Beautifully engraved certificate from the Black Hawk Consolidated Mining Company issued in 1907. The company was incorporated in South Dakota and had their principal business offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This historic document was printed by the Western Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of men tunneling inside of a mine. This item is hand signed by the companys president and secretary and is over 93 years old.
