A handled cookie jar with a high gloss glaze with a handpainted southwestern or Mexican scene with an embossed cactus plant. Stands 9 in. tall and is 8 in. diameter at the widest area. No damage that I can find other than some paint loss. Paint loss is common to items that were cold painted, not fired, from this era. Unmarked, so maker is unknown. Good, usable condition.
