This wonderful vintage Black Chef Pie Vent (also known as pie birds - used in baking pies to prevent spill overs)is wearing green clothes and is 4 1/2" high. It was produced in the 1940's and is much rarer than the yellow clothed ones. This is an original pie vent - NOT a reproduction.
