Antique Birmingham sweetheart pin brooch in sterling silver. There is a flower in the center with leaves protruding off of it, etching and a fancy scalloped edge. Measures 1 5/8 inches x 5/8 inch. Very good condition. Has a beautiful patina. We have not polished or cleaned this pin. There are 3 marks on the lower right side on the back of this piece. And 2 marks on the left side(which are impossible for me to make out with a loupe). The only mark I can really make out on the right is a script "x" in the middle of the other 2 marks. From research I found this is for 1897. Shipping is $3.00 for 1st class.
