Abington Vase, 1940’s Mint Green
Abingdon Pottery was named after the small town of Abington, Illinois. The company founded in 1930’s and created beautiful art pottery that was made to last using the best strength clay, it is resistant to hairline cracks and chips.
This Abingdon vase is a classic; it is simply gorgeous with a mint green body and a delicate floral barre design. It features a detailed open scroll set of two handles and it is completed with a high gloss glaze that makes the shine outstanding. This piece is Stamped with Abington U.S.A and incised with the #522.
