This is a nice clean 10" long, 31/32" & 29/32" open end S-Handle wrench marked "THE BILLINGS & SPENCER CO. HARTFORD CONN. U.S.A. 2033 5/8 OC 1/2 U.S.S.". Overall it's in very good condition, with some light darkening on the finish, not rusty. There is a few dings noted around the nut openings, minimal, less than normal wear. Heavy duty, weight is 1.2 pounds. A vintage wrench!
