BIG Etruscan Victorian CROSS Bookchain necklace. What a gorgeous antique rose and yellow gold filled Victorian cross with Etruscan fan front. The two colors really bring out the ornate detail on this FABULOUS piece! You see these in books but not often for sale so dont miss out at the last minute. The photos dont come close to how nice this is. This has a hand wrought Victorian book chain which is etched on both sides and measures 20" and is pinchbeck. The cross is a whooping 3" long which is one of the largest I have seen from this period. This is hollow and has a solid back. No dents or dings and it has a shell bale top. I am not sure about the two dots on the bottom, whether there was something there or what, but they are so small that when you see this in proportion to the cross you don't notice it. Please remember that vintage & antique items are not mint, nor are they perfect but they sure are full of old history and charm..
