There are no identifying marks on this print other than on the back it says THE WREATH...
Got a email from 'r says they have one on there wall and it is done by Jeane Honore Fragonard, artist and done in 1940
This picture is very old....if you don't find the picture nice, the frame is BEAUTIFUL, all wood and in great condition
The FRAME is 23x18 inches, very heavy, so could it be cherry wood? Again, I do not have an eye for artwork, but the wood frame is what attracted me to this piece.........
