This collar may be older than 1990. It is about 17 inches around and4 inches wide.It is in excellent condition. It has a hook and eye clasp and the collar is heavy with so many beads. I don't know what the pattern is called, but I think it's beautiful. An African woman made this collar. It was marked $65 in my store in the antique mall, but I've closed my space and have reduced the price. Like most of the women I've bought from this woman had a keen eye for the spectacular. It would look beautiful with a black turtleneck. It was difficult to photograph, but it does lie flat around the neck.
