This is a Navajo basket, not something imported and purchased from a catalog. I bought it to add to my collection in Holbrook, Arizona. The basket maker's name was on my receipt as made by E.Nimrod. The basket measures ten and one-fourth inches n diameter. It has a slightly cupped shape. Holding a ruler beside it shows two inches. The colors are strong desert colors. This is a beautiful basket for a collection.
