A banjo barometer in working condition in a beautifully crafted case. My pictures do not do justice to this beautiful instrument. It features an architectural pediment and boxwood stringing on a mahogany or walnut case. It includes the 9" barometer face, the agrometer for humidity measuring and a level. 34" long and 12" wide. The front of the case is slightly lighter in color than the back, indicating fading from exposure to light. There is also a chip on the pediment as seen in the photos. Small and easily missed. Made in England is imprinted on the dial. No maker's mark. A beautiful working piece.
