Hand Painted Butterscotch Bakelite Thimble & Needle Sewing Case Souvenir Item from Catalina Island Calif. It has a satin floss tassel. The thimble screws off revealing a thread spool column. The top of the spool unscrews and leads to a chamber for holding several needles. The condition is excellent with exception of the tassel which is tangled. It is a very sweet little antique sewing collectible.
