This is a beautiful large trunk made of dark oak. This trunk was made in England and it has very solid iron straps, clasps and handles. This trunk is large and would make a great coffee table. The interior of the trunk is divided for storage. This trunk is very solid and sturdy. It has a beautiful patina. I do not believe it is antique but was made to look like a nice primitive piece. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This piece is vintage and may not be perfect. This trunk measures 17¾ inches tall, 35 3/8 inches side to side and 23¾ inches front to back. It weighs 63 pounds.
