This ia a primer level one early reader from the John C. Winston Company. It has beautiful color illustrations on every page. All 121 the pages are intact with no markings. There is some writing on the inside front cover and the front and back of the endpage. There are 3 pages with minor tears. The worst is page #9/10 with 2 tears 1" and .5" long at the top of the page, see picture #3. There is some corner wear. A really great early 1940 basic reader.
