An ashtray shaped as a hat in cobalt blue glass. Stands 2.5 in. tall and measures 3 x 2.5 in. diam.I believe this item is from the '40's era, perhaps earlier. In very good condition, it is bottom marked Lowell Hand Cream, Deodorant, Face Cream, Blue Gem Cream, Piqua Ohio. Neat addition to a bottle, ashtray, advertising, or cobalt blue glass collection.
