Vintage wooden dresser/jewelry box with Art Deco shape. Parquet-work sloping striped sides; Bakelite floral medallion in center of lid. Brass hinges. May have been a jewelry box, or otherwise known as a trinket box. Circa 1930's-40's. Measures 10.75"l x 5.75"w x 3.25"h. Overall nice condition with only minor wear and scratches; small shallow dent to front edge near handle that occurred since original photos were taken (see last photo). Could use a touch up of varnish in that area. Sold as is. Price recently reduced. Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
