Arrow Shirts Folks At County Playhouse Ad 1947 This is an August 1947 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Cluett, Peabody and Co Inc. Ad shows folks standing, one is holding a tennis racket and pointing to sign on side of building and sign reads, County Playhouse. Second scene are four men showing one lady how to hold the golf club. Ad reads, You will like two things about these sports shirts. One has to do with water, they are washable. 2nd thing about these new Arrow sports shirts is their great good looks. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 9 3/4 inches wide by 13 1/4 inches tall.
